Get ready to ski under the dazzling New Hampshire nighttime sky. When the sun goes down, the lights go on. Cranmore opens its ski area for extended nighttime hours during Saturdays and holiday periods until 8pm. So go ahead; stick around and experience a night of skiing or snowboarding under the stars.

About Night Skiing at Cranmore Mountain

Nighttime skiing at Cranmore Mountain Resort is offered with limited terrain located from the South Quad Chairlift, with access to up to 5 beginner and beginner-intermediate trails and 1 terrain park. Night skiing and snowboarding is available on Saturday nights and daily during holiday and vacation periods, beginning mid-December through early-March.

Please know that trails that are open for night skiing are not regroomed midday and snow conditions will be variable. Guests looking to ski or snowboard after the sun goes down should be comfortable riding a chairlift and navigating intermediate terrain.

Ticket Rates

Night skiing and snowboarding tickets are just $39 for all ages and are valid from 4pm – 8pm. Night Skiing is not included with the purchase of a day ticket. 

Night tickets will be sold online only this season. Space is limited so book early for best availability.

Rental Equipment

Ski and snowboard rentals are available for night skiing through our ski shop, and must be reserved online, at least 48 hours prior to arriving at the resort.

Ski and snowboard packages are available from 4pm – 8pm and are $25 for all ages. 

Ski packages include Rossignol skis, ski boots, and poles. Snowboard packages include Rossignol snowboard and snowboard boots. Helmets can be rented separately.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests will not be allowed to store personal belongings, including footwear and ski bags in any of our indoor facilities.

Cranmore Dining Options

Work up an appetite after an evening on the slopes, or need to warm up with a hot cocoa or libation? Zip’s Pub, located in Schneider Square, is open on Saturdays and holiday/vacation periods until 8pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase a night skiing ticket at the ticket office this season?

Tickets must be purchased online this winter.

How do I pick up my night skiing ticket?

After completing your lift ticket purchase online, on the day of arrival, send one person in your party into the main Ticket Office to pick up your tickets.

Is my night skiing lift ticket refundable?

If you are not able to visit, you may receive a full refund, if done prior to 7 days of arrival. Within 3 - 7 days, ticket dates can be adjusted, based on availability. Inside the 72 hour window, ticket purchases are final. This includes any cancellations due to weather.

Is my season pass valid for night skiing?

Night skiing and snowboarding is included with Cranmore Season Pass options and is available to the passholder with a valid season pass for that day.

Can I purchase a night skiing ticket the same day I want to ski or snowboard?

Yes, based on availability, you may purchase a night skiing lift ticket online for the same day.

 

Is night skiing hard?

Is the lodge available during night skiing?

This season, lodge space will be used exclusively for food and beverage services, restrooms, and quick warm up breaks. Guests will not be allowed to store personal belongings, including footwear and ski bags in any of our indoor facilities. Please plan on storing all of your personal belongings in your vehicle or lodging accommodations.
